Cash On Delivery Terms and Conditions:
All customers are informed that according to COD (Cash on delivery) terms and conditions in Pakistan, the courier company will not allow a customer to open a package before payment is made. You, as the customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and notification of delivery of the courier company.
All products purchased from thealphanutrition.com can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:-
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 1 day of delivery by writing to [email protected] or by calling at +92-30-ALPHA-000, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Alpha Nutrition, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
Replacement will be sent in case a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at [email protected], within 1 day of purchase before any claims can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered with.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
Refund:
We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which will be availed.
We at Alpha Nutrition offer quality products throughout Pakistan and offer a 100% refund guarantee if our product is proven to be counterfeit.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number against your order.

Q. How do I place an order and pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below to pay with Cash on delivery:
- Choose your desired product to add to your cart.
- Visit Shopping cart.
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout
- Fill in the “Contact Information”. Click “Continue to Shipping Method”.
- Fill in the “Billing Information” and “Shipping Method” forms.
- In the case of “Cash on Delivery,” Billing & Shipping details should be the same.
- In the Payment Information form, “Cash on Delivery” will be selected by default.
- To confirm your order click on “Complete Order”, note your Order Number which will be provided to you on the “Thank You” page.
- Your package will be delivered via courier in 3-4 working days.
Q. How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service(03025742000).
Q. Can I know what the status of my order is?
We will provide you with a tracking ID of your order, you will be able to track your order in real-time on the courier services website.

Q. What are the delivery charges?
PKR 180 will be charged on an order value of less than PKR 2,500. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 2,500 in Pakistan.
Q. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country, and area code are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
Q. What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock” or if both these conditions do not meet then our team will contact you.
